Return & Refund Policy
Don’t love your new artwork? If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days of I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping to You
Six Art pays to pack, insure, and ship all original artwork and table art to customers within the Continental United States (collectors outside the U.S., please contact us for acquisitions). Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within three to five business days after you've made your purchase. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your painting will arrive. Our insurance requires a signature on your end when receiving your artwork. If you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Artwork Damaged in Transit
When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and call us immediately (401-749-2428). Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
